YogaSix Little Italy

I was not expecting this at all, but I loved Yoga Six! I took the Y6 Sculpt & Flow class with Shelley and it was amazing! She’s great, she knew I was a first timer so she gave me some extra attention when needed on correcting a movement. It starts off with some light Yoga and moved into HIIT before wrapping up with some light Yoga stretching to cool down. I was beat! Absolutely was just wishing for it to end… which I love! Huge fan, give it a try!

Ruth, Shellie, Julie, and the whole Y6 Little Italy team are great. I have been coming here since it opened 3 years ago and still maintain a monthly membership. It’s in a convenient location for me living downtown and the class schedules work well for me! Excellent instructors and everyone is super nice. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I just signed up last month and was so welcomed. Signing up somewhere new can be intimidating when you see regulars in and out. I have only taken classes with Julie so far and she checks on everyone who walks in and ensures they have everything they need. The studio is clean and neatly put together

My favorite little studio here in San Diego! I discovered them through ClassPass then ditched ClassPass to full commit with them instead. Everyone in the studio is amazing from participating to the instructors I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Dominic is wonderful he offers so many variations but also encourages you to challenge yourself. Love love love!

Wonderful Yoga studio with fabulous instructors and a positively peaceful atmosphere! My personal reco's for classes/Instructors: Mesa for Slow Flow, she guides these classes so fluidly and with the most exceptional energy. Her energy is unmatched. Julie for any classes, specifically recovery and slow flow, all of her classes are a go-to for me.. her energy feels like "home"
